This topic addresses those instances where the Knowledge Builder client is known to function and provide access to one or more booksets located on the targeted Knowledge Builder server (CD-ROM, local hard drive, remote networked computer).
These errors have a higher possibility of occurrence as Favorites content is external to the Knowledge Builder booksets. When they do, the Knowledge Builder client will normally trap the error and redirect the user to a Troubleshooting page in the Knowledge Builder Tools bookset
